MAURICE BURFORD ! SHARON ZETTER ! BEN PRICKETT ! and this months currator SARA MUMOLO ! for poetry and prose ! Maurice Burford lives and writes in a giant squid's den in Ashland, Oregon. He has been published in NOÖ Journal, Cannot Exist, Pindeldyboz, and My Name is Mud, and co-author (w/ Jess Rowan) of the chapbook Prithee (Abraham Lincoln Press, 2009). In his leisure hours he cracks eggs and co-edits PinchPinchPress (pinchpinchpress.blogpot.com) and (occasionally) blogs at pandapandapandaalex.blogspot.com.
Sharon Zetter writes words between co-editing the journals Retired Unicorn and MARY, book binding, and battling with paint and yarn. She is currently working on building a dacha, possibly made of straw, with five other humans. Documentation of their exploits can be found at dachaproject.com. Her poems have found home in Hanging Loose, Slipstream, Ink Node, Soft Skull and Blood Pudding Press.
SARA MUMOLO curates the Studio One Reading Series in Oakland, CA . She edits CALAVERAS with Alisa Heinzman. Previous projects including editing MARY Magazine and co-editing Sorry IV Snake . Ben Prickett is a recent graduate of the M.F.A program at Saint Mary’s College, where held the MFA advisory board scholarship for literary excellence. He is from Birmingham, Alabama, and now lives in Oakland.
